cast iron grit
It is widely used in the sand cleaning and rust removal, polishing and surface strengthening of forgings, castings, heat treatment, steel plates in the manufacturing industries of machinery, automobiles, aircraft, motorcycles, railway locomotives, shipbuilding, containers, bridges, chemicals, etc. Cast iron sand is a sharp, hard, angular metal sand material, which is an ideal abrasive for extremely fast sandblasting cleaning of steel workpieces. Because it is very fragile, it will break into smaller particles after being hit, with the same shape and sharp and angular characteristics as the original sand particles. The result of this characteristic is ultra-high-speed cleaning and high productivity. Since the sand particles always maintain the same form after multiple hits, they can be used in processes that require constant processing effects. JZRTM is particularly suitable for compressed air sandblasting equipment that requires high productivity. Due to its low cost, cast iron sand is often used instead of steel shot when the abrasive cannot be recycled at all. In situations where abrasive recycling is relatively easy, cast iron sand can be recycled 50 times and is often used instead of other economic abrasives such as copper ore sand. Due to the high density of JZRTM, it can also be used as ballast for ships or for shielding in high radiation fields. Applicable industrial scope: automotive industry, sandblasting/painting companies, container manufacturing/repair, casting/die casting, ocean-going ship repair, OEM distributors, oil and gas pipelines; plant maintenance and steel manufacturing. Applicable process scope: sandblasting cleaning before steel painting, electroplating or coating; casting sand cleaning; cleaning before mold repair; fine surface constant effect treatment; deep treatment of metal workpieces before galvanizing or enamelling.

Plastic Sand
Plastic sand is a man-made sand material used in a controlled, gentle, non-abrasive operating environment without any damage or abrasion to the workpiece. Plastic sand has a low hardness and special specific gravity, suitable for some sensitive operations. There are six specifications of products, each with its own characteristics, which can be applied to any process requirements. Plastic sand is suitable for both dry and wet pressure sandblasting equipment, and can be effectively used at very low pressures to ensure that no damage is caused to the workpiece being blasted. When using equipment with shot recovery and re-sorting functions, the high durability and irregular shape of plastic sand can ensure both high productivity and long life of the shot. Workpieces that are often cleaned with solvents/chemical reagents in traditional processes can usually be shot blasted with plastic sand. Chemical methods endanger the health of operators, require costs for sewage treatment, and environmental problems are often continuous. Using plastic sand for shot blasting is a safe, economical and green method. Plastic sand does not contain active silicon. In addition, chemical methods are less flexible, and the workpiece is immersed in the treatment liquid as a whole, which often causes damage to the substrate or residue of the treated material. Using plastic sand for shot blasting can solve this problem because the shot only hits the part that needs to be removed. Applicable industrial scope: aviation industry, automobile industry, consumer goods manufacturing industry, foundry industry, semiconductor industry. Applicable process scope: deburring of fine computer parts; depainting of the surface of vulnerable substrates, such as aluminum parts, synthetic materials, glass fiber, wood, etc.; removal of mold residues.

Ceramic beads
The product is widely used in sandblasting and metal surface strengthening. Due to its special chemical structure and specific gravity (greater than glass beads and alumina sand, less than steel shot), it is the preferred material in the following industries: plastic sandblasting, aerospace equipment: titanium alloy material manufacturing and maintenance.

Brown corundum
Brown corundum (aluminum oxide, corundum sand) is suitable for a variety of dry and wet processing processes. It can grind the rough surface of any workpiece finely and is one of the most economical and affordable abrasives. This sharp and angular synthetic abrasive has a hardness second only to diamond and is particularly suitable for use when there are strict requirements for iron contamination. It is used for the roughest cutting and can also be made into a pebble shape to process precision-sized workpieces to achieve extremely low roughness. Due to its high density, sharp, angular structure, it is one of the fastest cutting abrasives currently available.

Steel shot
Steel shot is made of high-quality steel scraps, which are first melted and then shaped into small balls by high-pressure water jets. The formed balls are heated again to purify and homogenize, and then quenched. The quenched balls are dried in a furnace and reheated and tempered to achieve the appropriate hardness. The tempered steel shots are sorted by mechanical screens into 11 grades that meet SAE standards for shot blasting equipment. Products of different particle sizes and hardness are used for different processes, such as surface strengthening.
