Chamber body: The outer wall of the chamber is made of rock wool composite insulation board, and the interior is made of wear-resistant rubber board to ensure that the chamber body is protected from damage during the sandblasting process. There are double-leaf doors on both sides of the chamber body, and air inlet shutters and silencers are installed on the top.
Sandblasting system: It includes the sandblasting machine host, spray gun and control system. The sandblasting machine adopts the pressure-maintaining working principle, and can operate multiple spray guns at the same time to improve work efficiency.
Abrasive recovery system: The abrasive is recovered to the storage hopper through the pit return sand device and belt conveyor to realize the recycling of abrasive.
Dust removal system: It includes suction and dust exhaust pipes, sedimentation chambers, dust collectors and fans, etc., and adopts a filter cartridge structure to ensure the cleanliness of the working environment.
Lighting system: Lighting fixtures are evenly distributed on the top and side walls to provide good working lighting.

Delivery time: 3-5 working days from the date of full payment receipt. Delivery, customized products will be shipped within 15-25 working days, subject to the specific agreement in the contract.
